This vaulted ceiling reminded me of a HR Giger illustration. This is in one of the oldest parts of Southwell Minster, where many carvings of grotesque heads are sculpted into the limestone. An eerie place, especially as the lighting is dim, and the air very cold.

The vaulted ceiling has the eerie power to absorb the viewer. Good graphic quality!
