This little critter was hiding silently in a thistle waiting for prey. I liked the fact it was kind of hidden and secret, and really scary if you were a passing bug or ant or fly. The backlighting helped to enhance that feeling for me.

Scarey for me even though I'm bigger than it! I'm not keen on bugs and creepy crawlies! Great shot - I spotted it on the community page and just had to take a closer look, well worth it!!
