This is an old humpback foot bridge over the River Trent at Newark, Nottinghamshire. Built in 1915, it is pressed concrete spanning 27.5 metres. The cocrete in the centre is only 150mm thick.
It has great lines that meet the even earlier 'clapper' gate at the bottom.
