Taken near the town of Louth, these trees were twisted and shaped by the wind during their lifetime, and looked like characters stood on the little hill.

Very nice. I like the color...the green and blue and gold, it goes very nice together. And I agree about the characters on the hill...each one of those trees looks like it has it's own personality! Good shot!

Those 5 "green men" certainly make a striking statement against that vast blue and white sky! I especially like the adventurous one at the end.... Looks like he's about to head off someplace... :)

These trees remind me of how our world view is shaped by the things that life throws and blows at us. Lovely image. I really like these past series of images. They make me wish i was more in touch with nature.
