Could be an impressionistic image if done in oil paint and not photography. Super imaging, IMO.

Great perspective and composition. I agree with Viewfinder--it looks almost impressionistic (or perhaps, as rverspirit says, Magitte). Lovely!

Way cool!! And I agree with rverspirit about the bowler hats... Love it for all the usual reasons and most especially that way you see things.
