Here is a shot of my boat. Named after the Greek Goddess of Peace....Irene.
This was taken in the town of Shipley in West Yorkshire, and the canal is The Leeds & Liverpool, which is 127 miles long, and includes around 90 locks.
The next five days shows some images of the Irene on a journey back to her moorings at Newark on The River Trent.

Nice. I love living on the water. There is nothing like the tranquility of water lapping against the hull as you sleep. Those look like some nice apartments in the background too.

Just awesome! Do you live on her, or is she more like a vacation/hobby kind of thing? I wouldn't trade my little boat for anything, and she's about a 1/4 the size of yours...
