Birmingham is Englands second largest city, with a population in excess of 2 million, and situated in the middle of the country. The city has a good mix of old architecture and brand new development..

The facade of this building has an unreal sort of toy quality --unreal in the sense that it doesn't fit normal expectations for a building exterior. For some reason, in this shot, it reminds me of one of those "moonwalk" pits full of plastic balls.
