Image taken in The Derbyshire Dales.
Low sunshine and pale rocks. This area of limestone landscape is the remains of an ancient tropical reef that existed here around 330 million years ago. Today it lies around 300m above sea level. Even in winter the grass reamains fairly green in this part of the Dales.

in fitting with the chilly theme. I think a bit more interest in the sky is needed to really pull this image off.

@Daniel: I know what you mean.....but a clear sky over here in the UK is a big event, we don't see blue sky very often - ha ha
