The Crossing

Another scanned slide archive, this time from the beautiful Kalash Valley in Pakistan. I took the image in 1988, and it is from the same spot as the image I posted on 13 March last year.

That's great, Richard. Strangely, I always liked the blue hues that showed up on some of the color films as in the far background of this photo. They lend a depth to the photo that is sometimes hard to achieve digitally.

Those animals are amazing and crossing that bridge would haven't been a problem for them.
Taking this picture from a higher spot (if it was possible) would have made it a winner. To make more separation of the 3 silhouettes with the background on this photo, you could try to lighten the upper part of the image, the trees and the rocks and see if it is better? Beautiful spot!
