Zygene from morlaix, FranceToujours de très jolis effets lumineux j’aime beaucoup. 3 Sep 2008 6:19am Betty from New Jersey, United StatesBeautiful light, the composition shows the depth of the scene! My other thought in this series is, where are you and how did you get there? The mountains are almost vertical! Fantastic series, Richard. 3 Sep 2008 9:37am @Betty: Tryfan is very steep, a bit of scrambling was necessary, but I was born under Capricorn, so I must be part goat I suppose..... Observing from West Cheshire, United KingdomThe light across the mountain top left looks great. Looks like you are gaining some height here..? How many sherpas did you hire ^_^ 3 Sep 2008 11:02am @Observing: I had Shanks's pony, but as they had already walked 20 miles earlier in the day, they weren't at their best..... Lorraine from United StatesSensational, you really know how to work with the light :) 3 Sep 2008 2:16pm @Lorraine: Thanks, I was lucky in that it was about the only day that week where the sun shone. Calusarus from St Sorlin en Valloire, FranceMy prefered in this series : details and light are nice… 3 Sep 2008 3:37pm Alun Lambert from cheshire, United KingdomCracking shot, lovely light. I no this view well, you must go back and make it to the top 3 Sep 2008 5:05pm @Alun Lambert: I will go back, hopefully this autumn, and I will set out for the top. On this visit, I only intended a scramble around the lower slopes to get some late evening photo's. It was about 9pm, and I really fancied a pint at the pub back in Trefriw, rather than a night on the top of Tryfan !! Marco from Verbania, ItalyHi richard!!! fantastic!!!! is this place in ireland?? It's very nice, great shot, point of view and colors...well done 3 Sep 2008 7:08pm @Marco: Hi Marco, Tryfan is in Snowdonia in North Wales, a beautiful area of forests, mountains and moorland. Earnest from Oklahoma, United StatesGreat the way you captured volume with this light. Fantastic scenery again. 3 Sep 2008 10:02pm MaryB from Staffordshire, United KingdomSensational light, Snowdonia is a beautiful place and you've certainly captured it's beauty in this shot Richard. 3 Sep 2008 11:07pm akarui from Kagoshima, JapanThe light has a beautiful angle for lightning the cliff in the foreground. Excellent, I love it. 4 Sep 2008 2:36am dj.tigersprout from San Bruno, CA, United Statesgorgeous light, wonderful angle! love the jagged cliff! 7 Sep 2008 4:11pm |
