One last shot, from a closer angle.

I made all the previous three posted shots on location in the woods, using bounced flash as the light source. These images were part of some quick tests I shot on a Nikon D70 prior to loading up my Nikon F100 film SLR with Kodachrome for the full shoot. I should get the slides back later this month.

Kodachrome ! I used to shoot it a lot but then Kodak closed their lab in Canada . Only Dwaynes in the U.S A. does it in North America as far as I know . How do you view those slides ? Do you scan them ? or have prints made ? In the past I made cibachrome prints ! Still have a couple somewhere .

@Robert: I have to send the films to Switzerland, who send them on to the USA for processing. I have about 7 films left over from some old stock I bought up some time ago, but once their gone, that will be it.

I will scan the slides on their return to me. I use an Epson F3200 film scanner and Silverfast software. I usually scan to around the equivalent of the image size you get from something like Nikons D3X or Canons 1DS Mk3, but of course with the amazing range of contrast/colour that you get from real film. I am turning back to film more and more after about 5 years of digital only, as I bought a 'hardly used' Nikon F100 for peanuts, and it is a joy to use, and so much more responsive than my aging D70, despite being an earlier Nikon camera. There are still loads of places offering 24 hour turnaround on C41, E6 and B&W processing here in the UK.
