This is wonderful photograph with great post processing. Time and time again I waited for the deer to appear in the mist near where I live but they never turn up when you want them to.

@zOOm: I had to be there by around 4.30am to get this, and wasn't sure I'd even see a herd of deer, let alone get a photo

This is great! Love the values, smooth texture of the fog with the repeated deer shapes within! Excellent!

@Craig: It was taken on 35mm Fuji slide film, then scanned for photo correction, tinting, sharpening, and finally I used Neat Image to remove the noise and give it a smooth result

@Chris Parr: I couldn't decide on the tint,it worked in blue too, but I finally settled on a mix of amber and magenta.
