At this time of year, all the sub-tropical palms and hardy bananas in my garden are looking the worse for wear. Even in their ragged state, I think they make interesting photo subject matter.
I love the background peeking through the leaves. And, they do make interesting subject matter. Well done.

The blue sky peeping through looks good. Do you get any crop Richard ? I once saw mini bananas growing in a pot.
